| At
Staplehurst Free Church we believe the children are very important.
Through our various activities we attempt to provide for their needs,
both Spiritual and social. whilst encouraging them to take an active
and valued part in church life.
To achieve this we have a number of regular activities arranged for
the children:

Youth Band
At SFC we are very proud to
have not only a main worship group, but also a youth band. The young
people have got together, organised themselves and practiced hard and are
now regularly involved in leading the worship in services. Their group is
made up of a talented bunch of musicians and singers and includes
piano, flute, sax, drums and guitars. Occasionally it is necessary to
include an "honorary youth" to replace an absent member, but we
are working on training up new talent to avoid that problem.
Here they are in action. |
