www.ccdas.org.uk Personal debt is rising at a huge rate in the UK. In the current financial crisis many are losing their jobs or homes or being crippled by the burden of debt. In response to this situation the churches in Staplehurst have combined forces to open an advice centre. The services of the centre will be available from the beginning of March 2009. The Community Centre for Debt Advice in Staplehurst is manned by trained volunteers. All consultations with advisors are strictly by appointment and totally confidential. The service is offered free to anyone from Staplehurst or the surrounding area. The debt advice centre is affiliated to Community Money Advice and a member of Advice UK. We are licensed for debt advice and counselling through the Office of Fair Trading (group licence no. G900014). If you would like to make an appointment to see an advisor to discuss your financial difficulties please call the number below and leave details of how you can be contacted in confidence. A member of the team will call you back to arrange an appointment. You will then have opportunity to gather any relevant paperwork together to help us in the process.
