Building Project
In June 2005, Staplehurst Free
Church embarked on an adventurous journey to demolish and completely rebuild
the church building, at and estimated cost of £1.4million.
The church members realise that the
building is an important focal point for the spiritual, health and social
well being of the local community including church members and friends. But
the current building is no longer sufficient, in terms of capacity, design
and structure to properly support the needs and purposes of the church and
local people.
